I'M IN CELEBRATES IMPACT GOLD AWARD
We are thrilled to have won the Impact Gold Award at the Wellington Gold Awards. Our innovative approach to connecting jobseekers with meaningful employment has supported over 300 Kiwis, many facing significant barriers into long-term work. That support focuses on identifying and removing barriers to employment, whether logistical, personal, or systemic.
COMMUNITY COACHING SEES SUCCESS
I’m In’s Community Coaching programme has delivered outstanding results, with 97.5% of participants entering employment. With increidble one-on-one support and strong employer partnerships we have helped jobseekers overcome barriers and succeed in work. Nearly all participants remained in work, proving that the right support leads to lasting change.

Afa successfully managed transitions in and out of government support. Now, he proudly serves as a guard for MSD in Wainuiomata, employed by Allied Security. His enthusiastic approach to learning and meticulous attention to detail have not only contributed to his success but also led to his well-deserved promotions since joining the team. JEROME
I'm In worked with Jerome on his employment journey. Overcoming personal challenges and a health condition, he found his way into a role as a driver at Anchor. Jerome gained his Class 2 license in the first 6 weeks of employment and demonstrated a keen willingness to build a career as a driver. Watch his story!
JUSTIN
Justin gained the confidence to get back into employment through I'm In as he was inspired by the welcoming atmosphere and interactions during the programme. Meet Amber Thomas, a dedicated professional who recently secured her role at Access Community Health! Amber's bubbly personality, attention to detail and invaluable experience as a mother made her an ideal candidate. She is thrilled to be in a position where she can make a meaningful impact on the lives of many. She proves that the best staff can come from the most unlikely of places and circumstances.

I have managed to navigate personal circumstances and now work full-time as a permanent employee at Cool Runners, an Anchor Franchise in Wellington.
